Bij langdurige klachten behandelt de therapeut vaak meerdere spieren in \u00e9\u00e9n sessie . Het inbrengen van de naald voel je praktisch niet. Als het juiste triggerpoint aangeprikt wordt, spant de spier zich kort aan. Dat geeft een soort krampgevoel. Daarna ontspant de spier zich meestal direct en kun je makkelijk bewegen.<\/p>\n<p>Vaak voelt het behandelde gedeelte wel wat vermoeid of stijf aan, maar dat is meestal van korte duur.
